About Talia Hoke MA, MFT
At the heart of my work is hope—the belief that healing is possible, even in the face of deep pain, and that growth can emerge from struggle. It’s this belief that shapes every conversation, every question, and every moment I share with clients.
I bring warmth, cultural humility, and deep presence to my work, with a strong commitment to supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. I’m a relational and trauma-informed therapist with a particular passion for working with couples and families. My training and experience allow me to hold space for multiple perspectives while ensuring that every voice in the room feels seen, affirmed, and empowered. I bring this same intentionality to my work with individuals, centering their identities, values, and lived experiences.
I believe that you are the expert on your own life. While society often encourages us to defer to professionals, I view my role not as someone who fixes or directs, but as a collaborative partner who helps you uncover what no longer serves you. Together, we’ll develop action plans rooted in your strengths and goals, and build lifelong skills that support resilience and transformation.
